Hi, I’m Kim, the face behind Kim’s Coffee Bar.

I’m a former educator turned entrepreneur. During my early years of teaching, on one especially hot field day, I turned to my co-teacher and said, “I wish Dunkin had a coffee truck, they’d make a killing on days like this.” From that moment on, I couldn’t get the idea of a mobile coffee cart out of my head.

After years of turning the idea over and trying other business ventures, I finally figured out how to make it work, not just seasonally, but year round. What started as a passing comment turned into Kim’s Coffee Bar: a mobile coffee bar built for celebrations, gatherings, and everyday magic.

I believe coffee is more than a drink, it’s a reason to pause, connect, and feel welcomed. I love bringing that experience to events big and small, from weddings and corporate gatherings to staff appreciation events.
